Q. What is a trial?

A weeding makeup trial is an opportunity to sit down with your makeup artist and discuss how you want to look on your wedding day. It includes:

• A consultation about your wedding makeup – likes, dislikes, trends and options
• A wedding makeup application (includes false lash application if desired)

After your trial you will have a chance to review the bridal contract and terms. You have one week from the trial day to determine if you want to secure the artist for your wedding day for which we then require, a 30% non-refundable deposit.

Q. Why should I book a makeup trial before my wedding day?

Sherise will always recommend Brides to book a trial at least 1 month before the big day. It gives her plenty of time to discuss what you would like for the day and for you to get an idea of what the makeup will look like. Please keep in mind to secure your wedding day especially in peak season we advise having Sherise booked approx 6 to 12 months before the wedding date.

Q. Will my wedding makeup last all day?

A. The makeup applied is designed to last the day but still providing a well-hydrated, natural and flawless look.

Q. Are you able to accommodate my bridal party?

A. Yes, we are able to accommodate everyone in the bridal party, including:
Mother’s of the bride/groom, Flower girls & Groom and groomsmen.

Q. How long will it take to get ready on the wedding day?

A. Please allow up to 45 minutes per person for makeup.

Q. Will you come to my home or wedding venue?

A. Sherise will travel to your location. This means that you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere on the morning of your wedding while you and your wedding party get pampered. I also stay until you are in your dress for a final touch up.

Q. Do you charge extra for mileage?

A. All locations in Waterford city are included in the cost. An extra charge will be applied for locations further away. Please contact Sherise for more information.

Q. Do offer Makeup lessons?

A. Yes, Sherise who is also a Dermalogica skin expert will take you through your skin care regime, advise you on the products to use. Take you step by step through applying beautiful daytime look and will complete the lesson with a fabulous night time look.
